This is it y'all!

You've made it this far, so don't quit. Make this last one the BEST one. We saved this one for last because we know it will kick that Christmas fudge off your butt!
Here's the workout breakdown:
10 Push-ups
10 Mountain Climbers
10 Thrusters
How many rounds? Not 2, or 5, but a whopping 10 rounds. That's right, by the end of this you've done 100 reps of each. You will need a light-medium set of dumbbells for this workout, of a pair of something (gallons of milk, grocery bag or a bag full of all those sweet treats you're about to eat soon. So get ready, warm up your bones and put your favorite pump song, because you're going to need that extra push.
