Hello my strong friends!
This workout is so amazing. It's Monday, the week before your holiday celebrations begin, perhaps you have to work today, but are starting to worry about what you're going to do with your family visiting, or you are trying to organize your life so that you can visit your family. Give your worries a break for 5 minutes and try this metabolism-boosting workout.
To complete this workout, you need one DB or one KB. Easy peesy, right? If you feel daring, you can repeat this workout twice, you can try it with a heavy DB/KB, or if you are barely hanging in there today, just put your shoes on, and use your discipline to just get through the reps with me.
It's an AFAP (we are calling it an as fast as possible) workout.
The workout breakdown consists of:
20 Burpees
10 DB Snatches (5 on each side)
