First before anything else, know that we want you to succeed.  Whether your goal is to get stronger in the fundamental lifts, lose weight, or to run a half marathon, we want you to succeed.  The reason we started Morales Fit Club was because we found ourselves stuck.  We felt stuck in life’s situations, and stuck in our own fitness goals.  Have you ever felt that way?  It’s like no matter what you do, you keeping clawing and clawing your way but that debt never goes down, or the number on the scale never changes, or you keep scratching on your squat and are unable to increase in the weight?  We are with you.  We’ve been there.  We understand that frustration.  I’ll tell you our secret…

    It wasn’t until we shifted our perspective on the things that truly matter that we were able to see the big picture and get “unstuck.”  Like many people in the fitness industry, we were chasing aesthetics, and just wanted to look a certain way.  While that’s not a bad motivation to get into the gym, it is unhealthy if you put unrealistic ideals on your body type.  We figured out that we liked being strong, we liked being lean, and we liked being able to use our body to play, have fun, and be active together.

    We discovered that passion is the result of action.  We didn’t wake up one day and think “oh, now I love burpees.”  It’s a journey that we are all on, the important thing is that we keep moving, you have to be uncomfortable sometimes to pursue your goals, and even though it’s scary, it’s worth it in the end.

    So what can you expect from us?  We will help you become a little bit uncomfortable once in awhile.  If you are only comfortable with doing push-ups on your knees, we will be your coach and your cheerleader, helping you reach your goal of doing them on your toes.  If you want to be able to squat more, we will be here, giving you that technical advice that you need to adjust your stance slightly, or perhaps you are not wearing the proper shoes.  Either way, we’ve got your back.  

    What else can you expect from us?  Aside from being your cheerleader, we have the tools to help you achieve your goals.  We will teach you everything we can to help you get physically stronger as well as mentally stronger.  No matter your goal, you’ve us us in your corner.  We are here for you!

We don't believe in just 30-day transformations, or plans just to lose weight. We want you to be fit for the rest of your life.  We can provide the right tools and programming to help you feel fit and healthy regardless of your age.

Celena

Celena has a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and has years of experience training and assisting people to achieve their fitness goals.  

 

In her spare time, she loves finding ways to make her favorite baking treats healthier, and is always learning, reading, and playing with her dogs.

Noé

Noé is a Geotechnical Engineer who has experienced quite a health and fitness transformation.  Although he's always been active playing soccer and running, his passion for fitness has increased in the past year.

He has lost over 20 lbs since his fitness journey and is now focusing on building more strength and muscle.
