Day 9| 12 Days of HIIT

Good Morning, y'all! It's Day 9!!! We have a great workout for you today! It's only one round of 6 exercises (technically 7 because you will be doing one on the right side, and then on the left side), and you will do the exercises for 60 seconds, and then resting for 15 seconds.
Some of the moves in this workout are slightly more advanced, but you can always modify, and when in doubt, go back to days 2-5 and practice those pushups.
The workout breakdown is:
Divebombers
Pistol Squat
One Arm Press Up (left side)
One Arm Press Up (right side)
Four Point Punch
KB Swing
For modifications:
Divebombers, you can do on your knees.
Pistol Squats can be done while holding onto a chair, or you can modify with just a standard bodyweight squat.
One Arm Press Ups are an awesome exercise. You'll feel them in your abs tomorrow, and that's a promise!
