Good Morning, HIITers! Today is day 10, already! Can you believe it? Today's workout is really going to take you by surprise...it took Noe by surprise. When I was programming the workouts, he looked at me with that 'really' look on his face and and asked why it looked so easy. I'll give you a hint, it's not! If you don't believe me, just watch the video and look at his face at the end.
This is a 12-minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible). Noe was able to complete 8 1/2 rounds. See if you can beat his record, and if you do, let us know!

5 pushups
15 jumpsquats
5 divebombers
