Day 8
It's day 8, already? Can you believe it? This workout will take you ten minutes, and will torch your shoulders and abs. All of the movements are shoulder and ab intensive and you'll love being drenched in sweat, and all done with your workout in less time than it takes to make dinner.
The workout breakdown is:
Plank Jack Burpees
DB Clean and Press
The interval times are what we have already been doing, 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest. Workout with us!
