It's your halfway point!

Congratulations for making it this far! If you are reading this, and you still haven't attempted any of the workouts, you still have 6 more chances to start changing your life. It's a mental block that prevents you from working out most of the time. Give your thinking mind a break, lace up some tennis shoes, and get your body in motion.

Today's workout is another interval training workout. It will only take you ten minutes, but will elevate how you feel, and work your muscles. This workout has a bit of ab focus, but a few full body exercises mixed in.

The workout breakdown is:

Goblet Squats (to modify this, just do bodyweight squats)

Jump Lunge (to modify this one, you can do walking lunges around your living room)
