You're almost there!

If you've been hitting those cherry cordials or grandmas famous sweet bakes, then this workout will undo all the damage (Ok, maybe not all of it, but it will help you get close to your New Year's Resolution Goals).
The best part of this workout is that you don't need ANY GYM EQUIPMENT! That's right, that means you can do this pretty much anywhere! In your bedroom, grandmas kitchen, or at the mall while you finish your christmas shopping (if you do this one, we'd like to hear about it, ;))
The workout consists of 12 minutes of AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) of the following exercises:
10 Pushups
15 Bodywieght Squats
6 Bulgarian Squats (each leg)
