Howdy y'all!

Today's workout is a really fun, fast-paced, and challenging one! You only need one dumbbell (DB). If you are new to working out, choose a lighter DB, if you are more advanced, choose a medium-heavy DB or kettlebell (KB).

If you are unfamiliar with any of these exercises, we have made demonstration videos explaining how to do them with proper form, how to make them more difficult, or how to modify them to facilitate your fitness level. You can find all of these on our youtube channel. We created a playlist called Exercise Demos that will walk you through all of them.
