Goooooood Morning, y'all! It's already day three, can you believe it? If you haven't started your journey with HIIT, it's not too late! There are still nine chances for you to take the first step toward becoming stronger, fitter, and healthier.
If you need to make these workouts easier, you can always take out the weights, take out the jumping (reduce the intensity of it), or if you need to make them more difficult, you can adjust them with more weight (add dumbbells or kettlebells, even a weighted vest), add jumps to all the squatting and overhead exercises.
Day 3 is the quickest workout so far, there is no excuse to miss this one today!
