Goooood Morning, y'all! Today is the day! If you haven't already heard about our giveaway, be sure to check out the previous blog post or our youtube channel for all the details.
Today's workout is a 10- minute HIIT workout that is sure to get your heart pumping and increase your metabolism. In between your shopping, cooking, cleaning, and getting ready for your family celebrations, this workout will help keep you on track.
You can do this workout with no equipment (use your invisible jump rope, and substitute squats for the thrusters), and it takes next to no time!
