How to Build Your Own Training Program

Hey, y'all! We have teamed up and put together a video series that will help you to either build your own training program, or perhaps to discover some of the weaknesses in your current plan so that you can build a well-rounded physique and gain increasingly more strength.

Did you know that if you want to develop strength, you will train a different number of sets and reps than if you want to develop hypertrophy? It makes sense when you think about it, but also remember that when you train for different goals, your training load should vary too.

In this video we will cover the amount of sets, reps, and training load for each goal. If you need to test your 1-RM to get an idea of what you should be training, we've got you covered there too. Check out this video, and the move on to Part Two of the Training Series to get your goals!
