How to Build Your Own Training Program

Hey y'all. In this segment, we cover exercise selection and present you with the two basic approaches to fitness: bodybuilding and functional fitness.

There are benefits to both, so before you make your decision on how you want your plan to look, be sure to listen to the exercises, and how to organize them for your success.

Keep in mind:

Compound exercises go first

isolation exercises are generally toward the end of the workout
