How to Build Your Own Training Program

You've made it! This is the final segment, where we cover muscular imbalances, working around injuries, and keeping fitness fun.

Fitness is personal, and that's why there is no perfect plan that will fit everyone, no perfect diet that will work for everyone. We all have different goals, biochemistry, and most importantly time. Some training is better than no training, and here we give some suggestions that we do to keep fitness fun and engaging for us.

If you have ever wanted to learn how to climb a rope, do handstands, deadlift over 300 pounds, it is important that you plan it in to your workout, because if it isn't fun and you don't enjoy it, what's the point of spending time and potentially money pursuing this hobby?

What do you do to keep fitness fun? What goals are you working on? Thank you for visiting and as always...TRAIN HARD Y'ALL!
