How to Build Your Own Training Program

Hey, y'all! We have teamed up and put together a video series that will help you to either build your own training program, or perhaps to discover some of the weaknesses in your current plan so that you can build a well-rounded physique and gain increasingly more strength.

In this first section, we cover what your goals are. If you don't have a goal, there is the first flaw in your training plan. We will help you redefine and make your goal more specific so that you can adapt your training to fit that.

The second thing covered in this video is what equipment you have available to you to accomplish this goal. If you have a goal, it is our goal to help you achieve it.
