The Last Core Workout You'll Ever Need

This is a fun and engaging abdominal workout. For those looking to sculpt a six-pack, or build core strength to increase your squat form, this is for you.
Perform 3 sets of 12 repetitions of the following exercises:
Hanging leg raise
V-ups
Crunches with overhead weight
Handing oblique twist
Leg walks (12 reps per leg, so 24 total)
Mountain climbers
Knee to elbow planks
Reptile pushups
Pikes on stability ball (or towel on hard floor if you don't have a ball)
Standing oblique crunch
